The noise from the bar area was quite loud late into the night, making it difficult to sleep. During my stay, the fire alarms went off twice in the early morning, which added to the initial chaos. An improvement needed in the kitchen staff's communication. I faced a curt response when arriving late for dinner. Despite these inconveniences, I found the overall atmosphere charming and the food delicious, especially the gammon steak I had. Room cleaning should also focus more on details.
